Make one file that is an image, a video and more at once. Rename it to .png to see the image, .mp4 to play the video. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Merge

Method: the file starts with an ICO header that is also a valid (unnamed) MP4 box. The image sits inside an MP4 skip box, so players skip it and image viewers find it through the ICO header. Rename: .png or .ico = image, .mp4 = video, .html = page (if given), .pdf = PDF (if given), .zip or .docx = archive (if given). Some strict apps may refuse it, and a few players need a fresh MP4 with the moov box present. MP3 cannot be wrapped as video without re-encoding, so it is only appended.

JPG to PNG

Each image becomes its own PNG, same pixel size, lossless from the decoded pixels. Nothing is uploaded.

JPG to PDF

Each jpg becomes its own one-page PDF, page size = pixel size. The JPEG data is embedded as is, so there is no quality loss. Nothing is uploaded.

JPG + ZIP or PDF

Method: the JPEG comes first. A ZIP is appended after it with its offsets fixed; a zip reads from the end of the file. For a PDF, a %PDF header sits in a JPEG comment near the start and the rest of the JPEG becomes a PDF stream, then the PDF follows. Named .jpg it is the image. Named .zip, .docx or .pdf it opens as that.
